Shipping policy

At MAGS Skin, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely because when it comes to sensitive skin, waiting too long isn’t fun.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the way.

For U.S. orders, standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days. For Canadian orders, expect delivery within 7 to 14 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. If you don’t see it within a couple of days, check your spam folder or reach out to us at hello@magsskin.com.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

If your package arrives damaged, hasn’t shown up within 10 business days, or says "delivered" but isn’t in your hands, don’t stress. Just email us at hello@magsskin.com and we’ll help make it right.
